Looking Back at 2025

This 2026, we’ve been reflecting on the few years – the homes we staged, the teams we collaborated with, and the thoughtful work that defined 2025 for us. It was a year shaped by care, restraint, and intention. A Favorite Project from the 2025. This penthouse at 200 East 20th Street was one of our standout projects. The design approach was warm and understated, allowing the architecture to lead. Every decision was made to support the space rather than compete with it. The Experience Inside & Outside the Penthouse. We wanted the home to feel calm, welcoming, and easy to imagine living in. The staging highlighted the natural light, the sense of scale and proportion, the connection between indoors and outdoors, and the refined architectural details that give the space its character. Why does Staging Matter? Staging is about helping buyers understand a space – its scale, flow, and potential. When done well, it doesn’t distract or overwhelm. It quietly guides the story of the home and allows people to imagine themselves there. Looking Ahead. As we continue into the 2026 ahead, we’re excited for what’s to come. If you’re preparing a listing this spring, we’d love to be a resource and help bring it together thoughtfully. View our most recent projects on our Instagram page @stagonehome. A well-staged home doesn’t ask for attention. It simply invites you to stay.
